• Member should be completed 1 month service in Department

• Member should be completed 6 month for membership.

• Heart Surgery

• Bye-Pass Surgery

• Angioplasty

• All type of Cancer

• Brain Tumour

• Kidney transplantation

• Dialysis

• 50% Paralysis

• Any major Surgery

Document Required:-

• Duly filled Loan Application Form with 1 witness

• Self attested pay slip of current month.

• Self attested Department ID Card zerox copy.

• Medical Bill or Certificate from Hospital

• Quotation from Hospital

Limit:

• After 6 month membership 50000/-

• Maximum of 50,000/- and 1,00,000/- For 5 Serious Medical Reasons/-

• Without interest

Repayment Period:-

• 24 Instalments

Renewal:-

• Loan Renewal facility is available after regular 24 instalments recovered from the salary of concerned member
