• The Loan disbursement timing between 11.00 p.m to 2.00 p .m at any working days.

Eligibility:

• Member should be completed 1 month service in Department

• Member should be completed 6 month for membership.

Loan Eligible for Following Treatment:

• Heart Surgery

• Bye-Pass Surgery

• Angioplasty

• All type of Cancer

• Brain Tumour

• Kidney transplantation

• Dialysis

• 50% Paralysis

• Serious Accident

• Any major Surgery

Document Required:-

• Duly filled Loan Application Form with 2 Guarantors.

• Self attested pay slip of current month.

• Self attested Department ID Card zerox copy.

• Self attested Zerox copy of current month Pay slip and Department I D Card of Guarantors.

• Medical Bill or Certificate from Hospital.

• Quotation from Hospital.

Limit:

• After 6 month membership Maximum 3,00,000/-

Rate of Interest:-

• 7.00% p. a.

Repayment Period:-

• 150 Instalments

Guarantor:-2 Guarantor of same salary earned.
